PHASE 2: Building the frame.

Literally strengthening the body from the inside out, in Phase 2, there’s tremendous emphasis placed on core strength for improving posture, balance and stability. Core strength refers not just to abdominal strength, but rather the many deep, “intrinsic” muscles running from the hips all the way up to the head. Having a solid, strong infrastructure is what allows for a body’s ability to stand the test of time.

In Phase 2 you will begin performing more dynamic movements that force you to use your entire body with each and every exercise, allowing you to burn a higher number of calories. You will find it much easier to perform your daily activities and will begin significantly increasing the amount of activity you can and want to do.
