PHASE 1: Leveling the ground and building the foundation.

In Phase 1, the emphasis is placed on what is called “corrective strength” and “corrective flexibility.” These corrective exercises begin improving the alignment of the body by lengthening muscles that are chronically tight and strengthening muscles that are chronically weak. The result is the beginnings of more efficient, less painful movement.

After just one or two sessions in Phase 1, you will feel immediate changes in your body. You will feel increased core strength and can begin decreasing body fat with your customized cardiovascular and nutrition programs. You will notice that by making simple changes to how you stand, sit and walk, you can alleviate pain, feel more energy, and have more stamina.
